Hyper Flow Service Company

I've used HyperFlow in the past for emergency plumbing situations, so I felt very comfortable for calling them to handle the plumbing for our remodel of two bathrooms. Brian was great to work with. Work was more complicated than we thought, but I really appreciated his attention to detail - even bringing up his concerns regarding the bath faucet placement that we hadn't even considered to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing. He had to work around our tile installer, and our construction contractor too, so things got a bit chaotic at times. But always very professional. He and the back-office team - Kyle - were always responsive working us into their very busy schedule - but also very transparent with issues as they came up, their quotes and timing. We were able to complete the remodel in a relatively a quick turnaround time even over the fourth of July. We love the finished bathrooms! Highly recommend.

We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday). The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed). I've used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue. More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible. Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanlines
