Hyper Flow Service Company

Used Hyper Flow Service Company to correct some issues found during a inspection on a home in contract for sale. Their technician James did a fantastic job handling the job and was done in no time with an invoice that included photos and a summary of the work done. James also went out of his way to help answer a question about a washing machine not functioning properly. He found a problem with a supply line and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get that handled as well. Great service and fair pricing. I'll be using them again for sure.

Very professional business with highly responsive and knowledgeable staff. Price was fair. You get what you pay for and I don’t cheap out when it comes to household repairs that can end up costing more in the long run if repairs aren’t done right and these guys are good. They quickly diagnosed my problem and showed me the damaged part and recommended solutions that will prevent the problem from occurring again. We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday). The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).
