Had James out to the house yesterday to diagnose and fix a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. After some troubleshooting we realized the flange was not secured to the drainage pipe. James fixed it up and was professional and courteous. Would use again.

Christian and Jason are both awesome. I first used this company when I could not locate a sewer leak within my apartment building. I had asked for help (unsuccessfully) from other companies, and Christian found the problem and fixed it in a matter of a couple hours. Since that first job, I've asked this team to help me with multiple jobs, some simple, some complex over the past 6 months. They've always been prompt, professional and communicative, not to mention they don't rip off your leg to pay the bill. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys were too good not to. I've bene wary of hiring plumbers because I have been over-charged, poorly-treated, and unnecessarily upgraded on services from some of the larger plumbing companies in Longmont. Not with Greater Western. I've now found my go-to plumbing company. I called needing a repair asap, and they were able to schedule me the next day. The repair was done quickly and they were able to unclog a few drains for me as well for an extremely reasonable price. Good work aside, these guys were professional, courteous, and pleasant to be around, which isn't always the case with strangers coming into your house. I highly recommend Greater Western.
