Recently had AC added into our system. It was incredibly difficult to install due to space issues in the area, but Evan did a wonderful job of problem solving and got it done. This company is on time, knows what to do, and is extremely professional. I've had lots of work done on my home and I wish I could say that about everyone I've worked with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called about 15 DIFFERENT HVAC repair/services in my area and only about 3 of them returned my voicemail and the other two did not help me as much as i'd like, given my particular circumstances. However it was probably one of the hottest days of the year. I'm sure everyone is busy. But Evan the service manager called me back within FIVE (REALLY QUICK!) minutes of me leaving my voicemail AND he was the only one who could truly accommodate me and my special circumstances. Evan did not give me the run around or some BS speech about this and that, he had a desire to actually learn, fix, and present a possible resolution to my problem, and explained how Aaron A. could help me with my particular problem. Once he referred me to Aaron, HE TOO was more than happy to help me, and solve my HVAC problem. Its funny, I always saw this logo at bandimere speedway, now I know why. They're the BEST! Zach has helped with multiple mechanical issues between my pressure fryers, commercial ovens, and A/C units. He is an absolute legend. Professional, courteous, and understanding, Zach has time and again proven why I get a second (or even third) opinion. Not only did multiple HVAC specific companies look at my lobby A/C (which is less than a year old) to tell me the thermostats wrong, or it was wired incorrectly... All to charge my store for my A/C to work for less than 24 hours. Zach was the first technician to not be bashful about tracing the lines to discover much of the old wiring and power for my old swamp cooler was expected to power my two phase A/C unit. Kasco will be my first call from now on because between the rates, the professionalism, and the quality work I would highly recommend and encourage my fellow operators to call them.
