Asked for a Quote for a concealed duct mini split and heat pump for my master bedroom as even with Central Air, it cannot keep my master below 75 without the A/C running all day long and in turn it makes the whole house freezing. When Daniel came out, I told him what I wanted and that a wall mini split was not an option. He mentioned that a cassette Mini duct is an option and I said I'd be happy to get 2 quotes then. The only quote I got back included a wall mini split. Which is not what I wanted. When I called Daniel, his comment was he didn't feel it would cool the room enough since I like the room cold. But that is not what I am going for, I am just going for cooling down the room during the day so the whole house doesn't freeze as its either a frozen cold house or a 80+ degree master bedroom... Especially disappointing after I have looked into multiple different options such as tinting windows, infrared camera, good R-value in the attic, room is nicely insulated, increasing how oft

Just had a humidifier installed - old system needed to be removed, electrical panel installed and new system installed. Will and Sean did an amazing job! They were able to come help me with cooling issues same day which was huge as no one else would. Haydon arrived and worked diligently to help me! Is it expensive? It’s probably unreasonably expensive but that’s industry wide. That said, they could have charged me more but charged me less after diagnosing the issue and being honest about it. I will be doing business with Parker Heating and Air again.
