This review is way overdue. I have used Charlie‘s Tropic Heating and Air for several years. I have never had anything but excellent service from this company and their employees. We have been using Charlie's to service our two old HVAC units for a number of years & have always been satisfied. However when we had a significant failure with our system, they quickly responded providing us with a fair quote and quick turnaround. Our two new units were installed in a professional and prompt manner. Special shout out to Ronnie, Adam and Dylan who, despite the intense heat on the day of the installation, worked extremely hard and were very professional and pleasant. Excellent service!
