I called Ocean State because I had an issue with my air handler and it was not working. They made my appointment for the same day and sent a Technician out that afternoon. The technician named Donny came out, checked the equipment, made the necessary corrections and the unit was back up and running properly. Donny was professional, courteous, and walked me through every step he took. I will absolutely call Ocean State and Donny for all my air conditioning needs. When we needed a new AC unit several years ago, my husband wouldn't hire anyone accept Ocean State. He knew you were and continue to be the best. We had our maintenance checkup on Friday. I was happy to see Robert, as he has serviced our unit before. He is always professional, courteous, and explains things in a way I can understand. I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and keeping the inside unit clean and running. Malik worked on the outside unit. He found the hidden drain and had a smile on his face when he finished outside. He was respectful of the property. My husband taught me the importance of maintaining the AC unit. It takes a lot of stress off when you know it is in good condition.
