From the time MARCUS arrived at my door, I experienced a knowledgeable professional that analyzed my problem, walked me through every option and then gave excellent information. We chose to replace our very old system that was not performing efficiently. The team showed up when I chose to schedule them and replaced our system (which included a few challenges from how it was originally out in by others). We moved into area about a year ago and I wanted to get the ac system looked at since it was about 10 years old (sometimes it was cooling better than other times). I had already replaced the capacitor (which did help) but wanted to make sure that there was nothing else wrong with the system. The service man , Jesus, came out and was great. He explained all items and did a great job inspecting it, he did add 1lb of coolant, and even cleaned a few things up for us. He had a couple of suggestions for the future if we wanted and was not pushy with anything. He even helped us find the right size filters on Amazon! I did sign up for the yearly service for peace of mind here and it was very reasonable. Overall great experience!
