Meeks Plumbing & Septic

Absolutely trash!!! We never refer anyone to them. Spoke to a lady last week that said she would call me back with a day and time the plumber would come out. She never called back. But guess who was at my door bright and early Monday morning? The plumber and I wasn't expecting him. I was getting 4 kids ready for school and proceeded to tell him I had no idea he was coming out as no one told me and he turned around as I'm speaking to him got in his truck and left. I called the office spoke to the manager her name was "Teresa" she stated "let me look into this and call you back" Nope never called me back. Don't waste your time with this trashy customer service company! There's too many plumbers in Ocala. BTW, Miller and Son's plumbing fixed the issue!

I have been using Meeks plumbing for YEARS and they have NEVER let me down. Today I managed to tear my water hose connection right out of the barn wall when I tried to stop it from leaking. And yes it was VERY old . About 15+ years ago Meeks installed it. They will be coming this afternoon and I have no doubt they will fix it with a new connection that will be as well made as the last one. I have businesses I can always rely on because I know by now who the good ones are, and I can promise you Meeks Plumbing is definitely a good one ! Nick came and fixed my problem in record time, and was very thorough and pleasant to deal with - even my new rescue liked him :-)

I called on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Friday between 1 and 5. I then called back Thursday and wanted to cancel the appointment and the woman who makes appointments said she has no record of me or an appointment for me. I won’t be calling them again!!!!
