Professional, honest, dependable and very reliable. Began with a quote sealed with a hand shake, with Mr. Buster, for a complete replacement of our home air conditioner/ heat system. I told him the only day I was available to have it installed , due to some family issues, and he went above and beyond to complete the installation on that day. Mr. Buster was understanding and as a woman dealing with such an important large home purchase, he made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was not being taken advantage of. Mr. Buster & Justin were clean and organized while doing the work. They needed to wait a couple days to get a part in and I didn't have to call to remind them to return. They called me when it came in and came back out to install it. Justin was just as professional and very knowledgeable. Every question I had Justin was quick & knew the solution. Have been using company for a long time. They are a good reliable company. Over the years have had everything done for a/c work. Had a unit replaced, down to simply cleaning every year. Very friendly staff.

What started out as a repair went into getting a new unit. Timely in arrivals and were able to get unit quickly. They arrived on install day before and worked efficiently.
