Austin was friendly and knowledgeable. And he speaks English. Big plus. I was told he would be here in 20 minutes, but he called after 15 minutes or so and said he would be another 45 minutes. Probably needed to get some dinner. Which didn't bother me, but dispatcher may want to confirm after hours response time with the tech first. Overall though, all of the Sunshine techs are excellent and I'm very pleased with the relationship we have with them. Service: Cleaning

Fantastic crew that were courteous and seemed to work extremely well together. After install Joy was very helpful in setting up the thermostat and exposing all the operations. She even set up my cell phone to sync with the thermostat. A great crew!! Services: A/C system dismantlement, Install AC

Our air conditioning system was simply not cooling the house below 85° and Sunshine AC was able to diagnose and address the problem within a day of our call for service. I appreciated getting a text message with a photo of the technician so we knew who showing up ahead of time. The tech phoned to say he’d be arriving early and was thoroughly pleasant and professional at all times. He walked me through the issue and offered various solutions.
