Austin was friendly and knowledgeable. And he speaks English. Big plus. I was told he would be here in 20 minutes, but he called after 15 minutes or so and said he would be another 45 minutes. Probably needed to get some dinner. Which didn't bother me, but dispatcher may want to confirm after hours response time with the tech first. Overall though, all of the Sunshine techs are excellent and I'm very pleased with the relationship we have with them. Service: Cleaning

Every technician who serviced our old A/C unit has been absolutely amazing! Every issue we've had has been handled very promptly. Today Scotty and Justin installed our new unit and we couldn't be happier!! They were absolutely amazing as well! They were prompt, very professional, worked hard all day, left everything cleaner than they found it, answered every question, and we are enjoying the nice cool air again. Ms. Joy explained how to use our new system and left us with no unanswered questions. Sunshine is by far the best A/C company we've ever dealt with and will remain with them for years to come.
