So I called ace handyman about 6 weeks ago to do a few things. Most of the items were done well but a motion light I wanted replaced did not work when the handyman left. That irritated me —-but I never even called ace to let them know- I got busy and forgot about it. But…. I needed them again today and when I called I told Gail about the motion light issue and asked if they could make it right. The good news is they made it right and treated the customer right too. And my toilet is fixed too. Hallelujah. Disclosure: the light didn’t work because the fixture was broken- it wasn’t anything ace did wrong. I suggest you call them. Transparent pricing.
