Direct Cooling

I was referred to Francisco,aka:Frank, by a friend to fix an issue I was having with my home ac unit. Contact was made with Frank via telephone at which time I described the issue I was having with my ac compressor. I explained that at any given time my compressor would lock up and start making a really loud noise. I explained that the problem had been occurring for a while. He immediately accessed the situation over the phone and stated that the issue sounded like it need to have the capacitor replaced. he advised he would come over the next day. An appointment was made for 1-2pm the next day. No further information was discussed. The next day, a man named Brad arrived. I explained the issue again at which time he briefly checked the main unit which was on and wworking at the time. He then proceeded to my compressor, on the side of the house and checked the capacitor. He stated he was not getting a reading and that it need to be replaced. The technicians that were in my home were very professional. They were on time, the work was excellent.
