We have owned 14 homes in 7 states over the past 40 years and we still have 4 of them in 3 states so I have had a few roofs replaced in my time. In November 2019 when my insurance company said the shingle roof had to be replaced or my rates would double I called Alex at Cape Coral Roofing to fix it once and for all with a brand new metal roof! Hurricane Ian just decimated the entire neighborhood on 9/28/22 and my house is one of the very few that had no roof damage whatsoever!
