After Hurricane Ian hit southwest Florida, I had to replace my roof -- and dreaded it. This company is very impressive, and Patrick Powers, in particular, is exceptional. He met with me on site, discussed the project step by step, and answered questions clearly and completely. Good customer service matters to him and, very importantly, he is an excellent communicator who proactively kept me updated with details throughout the job. Crews replacing the roof worked hard and steadily to finish in two days and were careful keeping the area around my home clear of nails and discarded materials. After construction finished, Patrick met with me again on site to be certain I was satisfied with the work.
