Plumbing Nerds

Don’t waste your time!!Called 8:00am asked if they had availability today to make a service call in Cape Coral. They confirmed it would be no problem I explained I had to leave by 5:00 for an appointment. Scheduler called an hour after that and said they were working in my area and would have a tech over when he is completed his existing job. Two hours later same call in my area still on track. Two hours later same call did I have any concerns l told him I need to leave by 5:00 I get a text at 4:15 tech is on his way. Half hour later I get a call the tech is on his way but won’t be there until 5- 5:30 l googled the gps on my techs progress and he is in Bonita Springs an hour away, now the gps shows his arrival time at 6:00 but wait, now it’s rush hour. I called and canceled they offered me an appointment for the next day. Sorry but you just cost me a day waiting for nothing and I still have no water in my kitchen. What happened to the guy working in my area? Never again! Too many good

The 2 Jeffs were great. So professional & knowledgeable. They came the same day and the office called & kept me updated on their ETA. Will definitely call them next time Service: Toilet repair
