Orion Heating and Air have been taking care of our AC needs for over 15 years. They are very reliable, trustworthy and promptly take care of any issues we have. Just the other day we had John, Mark and Jim at our house dealing with a very complicated issue which they successfully solved. First, Diane who took my call is amazing. Not only did she get me on schedule quickly, she stayed in contact w/ me through the whole process and even after. I was lucky enough to have Jim the owner come out and install my new ac unit with another tech. When I asked for a discount if I paid cash Diane was able to get me an answer right away, and yes, they gave me one!
