Its been a year I think, and no issues . We just went through hurricane IAN and the roof had no damage and held up great. Highly recommend them. Sander and sons replaced my roof in July. There were many rain days which made scheduling and start times difficult but they went out of their way to get the job done. Everything was done professionally and permitted and inspected. It was completed on time with very little direction if any from me. My only complaint would be a language barrier with some of their crew, and it was addressed. I would highly recommend them.
