Overall, our experience with Classic Roofing has been informative, professional, and very punctual. We worked with David from the start to completion on the project. He was very helpful with explaining any adjustments that were necessary to meet the code for the state/county. He set realistic expectations for final estimate due to existing damage on our roof. Great experience with Classic Roofing! I had some bad roof damage and needed a replacement quickly. From the beginning, David was great to deal with! He was responsive, informative and answered all my questions. He got the project scheduled quickly! Once the project was completed, the follow-up was quick and had a walkthrough to talk about any questions or concerns. Communication was good as well from their home office. We made an appointment based off first of all the excellent reviews across many sites and the amount that had. Owen was on time, super knowledgeable, and could answer every question we had. He spent quite a bit of time, measured the roof himself, and then prepared a proposal right on scene. He went over the warranty, possible upgrades, preparation, and other details. Positively pleased with everything including the office staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for making everything an easy decision and will refer anyone looking for roof replacement, windows, doors or any construction needs. A+++++
