I was extremely happy with the work that Richard did for me when I had a leak in my tub recently. The company was very fast to respond to my call and had Richard come out very quickly. The price was very fair and the work was done with great quality. Richard took time to explain to me what caused my leak and how to prevent it in the future as well as answered the many questions I asked throughout the process. The company even came back out to check up on the work and ensure it was done to satisfaction. Could not ask for a more trustworthy and reliable plumber and would recommend to my friends and family. I am so grateful that I am about to BUST!!! I am in NYC and am a volunteer working with an elderly blind woman who is selling a FL condo. No one has been in the unit in over 10 years so you get the picture!! After being told that I needed to hire a plumber, Rich, the owner, went there himself today. He was brutally honest and said there was no work that needed to be done!! Then, he outright refused to charge me a dime!!! On top of the fact that they were incredibly responsive, professional, attentive, and kind, their integrity is unparalleled. Patty Katz, in their office is a TRUE GEM!!! I cannot say enough good things about RD Plumbing and I recommend them as highly as possible. Even HIGHER than that!

I haven’t had the best experience with RD plumbing. When I bought my condo, my HOA was giving rebates for changing the polyurethane pipes to copper. My mortgage company owner owned a few condos in the same community & recommended RD for the pipe changes as they just did there’s & even told us the price. I called RD they came and gave an estimate double of what the mortgage company told us. I went with another company. Years later, my shower pan needs fixing, I called RD not remembering they came when I bought the condo, and remembered the person who came, I told him our past encounter and he even questioned if the plumber I got to change the pipes were liscensed as if I would do something sketchy. The rebate required a liscensed plumber and he knows that, so why make that comment. I gave them 2 stars because they give free estimates, even though it’s been 6 days and I still haven’t gotten it, but I get the feeling I’m not the clientele they like to work with and the professionalism is
