Caloosa Cooling LLC

We purchased this house in June and this company was the installer that put the system in the house when it was built last year (2022). We needed a company for regularly scheduled maintenance so after researching Caloosa Cooling and seeing that they have a great reputation, we decided to give them a shot. I'm glad we did. They are responsive, have good communication throughout the process and the tech showed up on time as scheduled. Although the system is only just over a year old, there was a bad capacitor that needed replacement and also the system was a bit low on refrigerant. Jose added some freon to bring the levels up to normal operating range and replaced the faulty part. He only charged us for the bad part, which was very nice. We purchased a service contract so we'll see how everything looks in 6 months but we are glad we had them come out and inspect everything. Thanks ????

Jose Ramos was wonderful. Explained everything about our system and made suggestion for easier filter changing in the future. He was friendly and professional and left no mess behind.
