Cesar was so kind, he came late on a Saturday night to help diagnose why my ac stopped cooling. He scheduled a follow up appointment on Sunday morning and at both appointments was so kind and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what went wrong and how to prevent or fix it in the future and never made me feel stupid for asking questions.
