Today Wild Bill was my service technician and he was very Professional, knowledgeable, and kind to have in outr home and he solved our problems! Highly recommend him. Inexperienced, unprofessional, and overpriced! My AC stopped working and I was given this company by my neighbor. I had a service call which cost $169. The tech was here for 15 minutes and told me I had a leak, but he could not find it. He then said he needs to schedule some other test that would cost $600-$800 and can't be done for 4 more days! He then left. When I called the tech for more details, he hung on me. I called to speak to a manager (John) and he tried to smooth it over, which did not matter at this point. I had another company come which fixed the issue this tech did not find. I called the manager back to discuss this issue and request some form of a refund, as their tech clearly did not do his job. He said he would take care of it. This was never addressed, and the manager never responded to my inquiry. We have used Condition Air, Ft Myers for 11plus yrs. We have an AC that is 3 yrs old. Was told we need a new Blower. It is under warranty. AC has been out for more than 2 weeks! It is in triple digits temperatures in FL now! We call them everyday with Questions why the delay? NO ONE has called us back! This is NOT 100% satisfaction that they advertise!!!
