Sunset has been a very reliable business for the past decade since I have been using them and continues to maintain their excellent service to their customers. They are professional , courteous, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy. As well as digitally up to date with communicating with their customers. Their technicians are excellent at doing their jobs. The staff at the office are also wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Sunset Air & Home Services. Their customer service is excellent. Our A/C unit was not cooling properly & they were here in less than 2 hours. They added freon' however this was gone in less than 2 days. I called to inform them of the situation; they were back out in no-time to loan me a portable A/C unit for one room; worked great. Then they scheduled me for a new unit installation to happen on Friday the 23rd; like 1 wk. out. Our home was up to 91 degrees, very hot out here in Naples, FL hit index was like 111 degrees. I called them after the weekend, informed them of the situation here & they rescheduled the installation to Tuesday; moved my date from Friday up to Tuesday.
