Don’t ever use these people for your HVAC. They over charged us and also put the whole unit in incorrectly which caused all kinds of water to be inside and keep the filter wet all the time. They tried to convince me that was normal! It is not! We had another company come to take a look and they fixed it right away! Also these people did not close out the permit. So we had to pay to have it closed so we wouldn’t get fined. It was all around a bad experience!

Jackson and Cade installed my air conditioning unit this morning. They were very professional as well as helpful. Garbage trucks were in park today and it is tight fit with other trucks. Made sure garbage was picked up-even took containers to curb. Very careful getting unit through carport making sure they didn’t damage anything. Both kind and personable. Wasted no time getting it installed. Kept focused on what they were doing. Juan was helpful as well and also very personable. Although it turned out to be unnecessary, when I called my husband, he volunteered to talk to him about what you would be installing as well as to explain the financing info. I thought it to be a fair price and a professional job. Only one small problem. Juan explained that the price included a new thermostat, so either Juan did not know or Jackson & Cade were not informed because they said it was not. So I just suggest that be discussed so they can be on the same page. Other than that, job well done! Service:
