Mario's Air Conditioning & Heating

While Mario's has had some customer service issues in 2022 and early 2023, I am hoping most of that is behind them with the return to original ownership. I am a long-time customer of Mario's and have always been pleased with the service in general. When they did miss a recent window of arrival by a wide margin, they made it up to me with a free thermostat install. That helped a lot. I dealt with many technicians here over the years, but my recent time with Michael was a great experience. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. Very helpful. Very few companies are perfect, and Mario's is no exception; however, they do try to make it up to the customers when mistakes are made. I am sticking with them, and recommend their services. Fantastic place to do business with ! People that work there care, and are responsive to customer needs and concerns. Install crew was top notch and took pride in their workmanship, which is hard to find these days. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Marios. The owner has a great team and he should be proud ! I have had very poor experience with Mario's Air Conditioning. I strongly advise all not to use them. They installed an $8,000. Lennox Air Conditioning Unit and within a year I was having problems with this expensive new unit and these problems continued and continued. A year and a half after installation and ongoing problems, they could not find the leak of the freon, told me it was probably a manufacturer's defect but since it was installed a year and a half ago, it was no longer under their warranty and that I would have to pay service charges, freon costs, etc. etc. Their manager waived the service fees. They had to send 3 different service techs to find the problem and now want to charge me service fees and trip charges. Their service tech was so very rude, bullying, intimidating and unprofessional with me. I called Lennox directly and they did NOT recommend Mario's Air Conditioning but recommended rather DAVID's Air Conditioning. Service: A/C system repair
