They were here early and worked all the way up until 7pm until it was done. It rained all day and they still continued to work. They were so professional and so friendly. High Recommend Cook’s Air Conditioning! I called about 10 different companies trying to get an appointment to come fix my AC that had broken and most were rude or unprofessional and had reps that didn’t show up. From the first call I had with Cook’s they were extremely professional and nice. The representative walked me through some basic things to check first to make sure whether they needed to send someone out or if it could be fixed on my own. Jerry came out the next day. He gave me a time range he would be here around and ended up coming earlier. Within the hour my AC was back up and running and he explained everything he did and some recommendations on what else I should consider in the future. I will absolutely be using them for my future AC needs!
