The roofing consultation, pricing, and expediency was commendable. But three months after the roof was newly installed, a pretty mild storm tore off some flashing and soffits. Other identically constructed buildings with much older roofs on the very same block had no roofing issues whatsoever. Not only was the damage not covered under their workmanship warranty, it was impossible to get them to come out and fix the damage to the brand new roof. Separately, after the re-roofing, they left a lot of construction debris that I couldn't remove myself. It took them months to finally properly dispose of the debris.
Updating previous review to 1-star It has now been 7 weeks since we first reached out to Total Home Roofing regarding our roof repair and we have yet to see someone on our property to make the repair or receive a call back from warranty to even schedule the repair. It was THR's wind mitigation inspector who noted the issue and did not pass our roof for inspection and still no help form THR. We have spoken to no less than 8 people and we continue to be handed off and referred to someone else. What's worse, it seems each time I call the person I spoke to before is no longer with the company. The crew that installed our roof is no used by THR, the guy who came out to inspect the issue is no longer with the company, and the woman in warranty I originally spoke to is no longer with the company. I want to thank Total Home Roofing for their excellent service. Mr. Matthew Popovich was my consultant and keep me well informed on every aspect during the roof replacement. A heat felt thank you to Victor Bravo, the field Supervisor, and his crew who done a fantastic job. They arrived ever day at 7am and went right to work doing a professional job and always before leaving for the day they always checked for any nails that may have been dropped. I can't thank you all enough for your amazing job. I would recommend Total Home Roofing to anyone.
