There is no words to describe what my husband and I have been though. This company never completed a job. No flashing, no kick outs. This is the results of poor craftsmanship. I 100% do not recommend them. They were fast to say sorry no warranty left. This is not a products warranty issue this right here is someone who did not care about the damage and money they would cost homeowners in repairs for their mistakes in workmanship. The siding cost the repair of roof over 31 thousand dollars. What a disgrace this company is.
We had a new roof replacement done this past week by THR. I received multiple quotes and knew I wanted a roof done by a "Master Roofers". THR came in at about $5K down from the nearest package on my other quotes from a Master Roofer. I was cautiously optimistic about THR because they had a "4" Star vice a "5" star rating. I read the reviews for THR and had many questions as to what the problems were that were reported. I was very direct with Jason Dar, the Sales Rep before signing a contract that none of these issues would become my own. I recommend that you challenge them or any other roofer to give you the exceptional service you expect. Communication works! Being upfront and setting expectations is better for both sides. I made promises as a customer, and he made promises as a vendor. I committed to being an agreeable customer, so long as we had communication and I had situational awareness as to what was going on through Jason or a rep.
