The work got done, but the experience was strange. The first electrician showed up, did a walk through and wrote up an estimate, was very professional. I signed the estimate and scheduled, then the electrician showed up, didn't seem to have any info what the job was, I had to show him. There was a GFCI to be installed, it was on the estimate but the electrician didn't seem to know anything about it, completed work and left (job done). The GFCI was missed. I called and NH sent him back the next business day to install the GFCI - the electrician then asked if an inspection was going to be done, I told him yes, and he wanted to know if all the work would be inspected or just the GFCI. Why would that matter? Shouldn't all the work be done up to inspection standards? After the job was completed (the second time) I received some emails with 'customer's signature' for commencement of work and acceptance of work done - I didn't sign those forms. ***Update 8.22.22! This company was paid for their work less the repair cost for damaged wires to our alarm system. They actually pulled a city required permit, they then voided the permit leaving us with no city inspection, after they cashed our check for payment. Very dirty tactics!!!! Save your time and money, avoid a headache!!! Think twice before hiring this company!!! We had an awful experience with NH. As a consumer, we expected our job to be completed without issue, but in the end we ended up with a security alarm system that was left inoperable due to wires being damaged and NH leaving us to figure out what happened. After spending more than $400, ADT found and confirmed that wiring in the exact same area NH employees worked were damaged, which shorted out our gateway. It is not unreasonable to think, everything should go smoothly when dealing with experienced professionals, but it is critical to know who you are really dealing with should something go wrong.
