Had a great experience! Every thing from first call, inspection, and installation. Responsive, clear and thorough. With all of the heavy rain we ended up with a roof leak - nearly two years after install. Again, great service by Ann and her team! Came out fixed the roof and then repaired the ceiling and bathroom wall. Team Triton: I wanted to say thank you! Your team did a great job in getting it taken care if. I contracted with this company because my kitchen and living room had water damage. They were quick to respond, helpful, and restored the cabinets and floors and it looks beautiful. Chase, the project manager was good about responding and handling the details and the insurance company. The office staff was nice and helpful too. Highly recommend.

They replaced our roof three years ago. We noticed a few water spots in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms and we heard dripping during a storm. This was while Ian was passing by. I called and left a message on Thursday. I'm sure they were probably getting a lot of calls. Communication was very good between emails and phone calls. They had someone come out on Wednesday. They saw where water was leaking from a nail location. The gentleman took pictures from inside the attic and showed me. He removed at least three rows of shingles and the underlayment down to bare wood. The nail was dealt with and the area was properly, and neatly, reconstructed. I am very impressed with this company and the quality of it's work and it's employees.
