Mike was assigned to our roofing project. We had wind damage to our roof and water damage to the interior of our home. Turned out to be covered by our insurance. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Mike was able to work with our insurance company to get this handled quickly. We are very happy with the roof and the two rooms with damage is like new. Everyone was very professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, good quality. I would recommend Triton in the future. I had high expectations considering they were referred from the insurance company. The contractor Mike never called me back after the initial inspection. Also, never gave me an estimate for the damages to the house. Not sure what was the point in having him come out. Service: Roof inspection

The only reason I did not give this company 1 star is because of the sales person I dealt with. As far as the quality and the responsiveness from the office, it is not a company I would recommend. When they left, there was nails all over my property as well as pieces of shingles. They had to come out three times to repair the work THEY did. When I called the office managers continually ignored my calls and passed the buck to someone else. The gutter was not reinstalled properly, after several calls they finally decided to replace it, with a below average company of course. I found nails and pieces of shingle in the attic. After calling, the manager could not be bothered to call me back, asI was told would happen. Instead Ryan told the receptionist what he assumed was the case, for me to get the answer from her. That is unacceptable. He is the manager, HE should be handling escalated issues. Service: Roof installation
