From start to finish they stayed in contact. Mike the roof estimator gave us a fair price without trying to sell us something we did not need. They installed a skylight and replaced some rotten wood as well (pictures provided to you of what was damaged ). They did a fantastic job with cleanup as well . I've used and paid Ron Russell roofing over 100K in the past 10 years for roofs for my home flipping business. I just had them out to give me a price to repair my personal roof and after sending me a proposal a guy texts me at 830 at night to tell me they cant do it. I had them bid another job for me last year and they were 5K over a roofer that I didn't even know. Everything changed with this company when Terry left, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
