They installed a mess, they had no idea what or how to perform the job. Then refused to come out to address the issue. I had to call in another Electrician to fix their mess. What he found in my attic could have caused a fire. They then refused to take responsibility. BEWARE BEWARE.

I was charged NOT ONLY for the service call itself ($92.00 an hour) BUT ALSO AN ADDITIONAL $92.00 for the TRAVEL TIME it took to get to my house ( a drive from College Park to Sanford -- at 2:30PM -- a drive of 40 minutes at best.) Unhappy about that extra $92 dollars for travel time, I called and asked to talk to Jim. When he returned my call, he explained to me that it was my responsibility to pay for the travel time from the previous service call -- that the moment they left the previous service call, that my hourly charges began -- that I was responsible for their travel time. I told him how outrageous I thought that was , and he said ALL electrical companies charged that way. I don't know if that is true for all, but it is true for JD Electric , and I wanted to make you all aware of the policy.
