Mike and Cameron responded promptly to an after hours call. And, they quickly diagnosed the problem and we’re able to get it back up and running in about an hour. Dishonest company that doesn’t stand by their work. I had another HVAC company come out after issues with my current AC that Wesson Air was “maintaining.” They were shocked to find a gaping hole in the air handler. When I spoke to Marc (Wesson Owner) about it he was very rude and kept saying “in a perfect world my tech’s would’ve told you about it, but they’re not qualified to do that.” You have to be an oxymoron to see a giant hole (larger than my fist) and not have the slightest inkling that something isn’t right. Marc refused to fix it, but beyond that, he refused to take accountability for his techs not even bringing it up to me. He ended up hanging up on me rudely. I was very diplomatic and polite with him over the phone and honestly his whole attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I can’t fathom speaking to a customer the way he did so freely. Jerry, their technician, was beyond rude to us and didn’t even complete the job. He proceeds to tell me off and calls a liar. Please cancel our agreement. Update to the response: 7/7/23- We actually do have an agreement for one more service appointment, so that is inaccurate. Also, the fact you are deflecting the poor customer service that your second technician provided is pretty telling. He was rude to my wife and then to me. This response had more information than what the tech provided to us on-site the entire day. I know bad customer service when I see/hear it.
