ABS is very reliable with competitive pricing. The couple times we have used them, they have been professional, quick and do good work.

To my surprise, I found out there is a septic tank at the house I bought a year ago that is supposed to be on city sewer. Didn't know if it was still in use but didn't think so. It did have water in it though so It obviously hadn't been abandoned properly. I called four different septic companies to try to get a quote to abandon the tank. Either no one called back or if they said they'd come out, they didn't show. I gave a couple of them several chances and nothing. So I found ABS and John came out and told me what would be involved and gave me an estimate to abandon the tank. They did that yesterday and that went fine, but they identified a problem I had that was the cause of the water in the tank. Instead of leaving it at that, they went to work fixing that issue which included a sewer drain that was not angled properly as well as a leaking pipe under the patio. After much digging and investigation, they solved the problem. And although I'm not a septic person or plumber, I felt the

Terrible service. Paid $200 of my hard earned money to have them pump out my grey water tank. Tank was full and all they did was suck out the water after cracking my lid with a steel bar. Not even looking for the punch out. They found the punch out after they cracked my top. Grease was still left in tank and clogged up again within 2 days. Had to call different company to pump out grease for another $200. They stayed and broke down the grease and now all is working well. This company wanted to sell me a new tank and drain field when it wasn't needed. Do not use these people.
