ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL HOT WATER HEATERS!!! As of today (9/6/23)they have failed inspection 4 times! In the span of less than 3 months I spent over $30,000 with this company between installing brand new air conditioners and water heaters at a rental property I own. How hard is it to find plumber that can do the job correctly the first time? I told them the water heaters would fail again and they did not listen! Patty in the permitting department has been the most help to me in this situation! The installation manager and Jenny have not done such a good job of making sure I am satisfied as a customer or making sure the job is right! As a plumber they should be aware of the code and even if they aren't aware there is access to look up what the exact code is. The inspector also pushed back the permit expiration to Mar 2024 as the current one is set to expire. ARS you all should maybe consider no longer installing water heaters! Please beware, this company will try to take advantage of you. Was charged $109 to have our AC issue be misdiagnosed by the technician. He did very basic minor troubleshooting. We were offered $1300 worth of service to repair circuit board with no guarantee it would work and was pushed to buy a $16,500 brand new 3.5 ton, 15 seer unit. Had another company come out for a second opinion, and it was a just a fuse issue. Fuse was fixed and AC is running perfect now. I would look elsewhere for AC repair. Oh, and they also tried to pre-charge my credit card before services were rendered! In response to your reply: I actually left a message for Natalia the day after the service, and never heard back from her. Called her number a couple of times, and it went straight to voicemail. In addition, your sales team had the audacity to call me after and tried to resell me the new $16,500 unit again after I called to complain about the service. Service: HVAC system repair

ARS /Rescue Rooter Miami was incredibly responsive and attentive over the phone from the first call to the last. I called first thing in the morning and had a technician scheduled for same day. They diligently notified me when their technician had been turned away by our building’s security and helped me reach the technician in time. Technician Jesus turned around and honored the appt— even after 6pm on a Saturday. He was then able to quickly review, diagnose and fix our unit. He did not rush, but was calm, efficient and professional. He took the time to walk me through everything that was going on. This is my second experience with ARS and it was just a great as the first one with Technician Sergio. I will call again and will refer them to my family, colleagues and friends—Thank you!
