I made general service appointment when they called me for our bi-yearly service. Part of call included asking if I had a dog, which I said yes I have a very big but sweet dog. Nothing else was said about having a dog On day of appointment, tech was late. They called but it was right before the window of 12-4 was up to say it would now be 5-6. Tech shows up hears dog barking. Says put dog away or he’s not coming in. It was dinner time and there is no place for me to “put away” my Great Dane for 2 hrs while he did service. He says they will call to reschedule next day. No one calls. Few days later woman sets up appointment assuring me it was the 1st tech Jorge that had been to the house the month before for a repair. Appointment is Monday today. 9-12. I requested 1st appointment since I already waited 6 hrs and no service was done. No one shows. I call at 11:20 they said they will track down tech and let me know where he is. No one calls no tech nothing. Call again 12:10. Same story sa

Please beware, this company will try to take advantage of you. Was charged $109 to have our AC issue be misdiagnosed by the technician. He did very basic minor troubleshooting. We were offered $1300 worth of service to repair circuit board with no guarantee it would work and was pushed to buy a $16,500 brand new 3.5 ton, 15 seer unit. Had another company come out for a second opinion, and it was a just a fuse issue. Fuse was fixed and AC is running perfect now. I would look elsewhere for AC repair. Oh, and they also tried to pre-charge my credit card before services were rendered! In response to your reply: I actually left a message for Natalia the day after the service, and never heard back from her. Called her number a couple of times, and it went straight to voicemail. In addition, your sales team had the audacity to call me after and tried to resell me the new $16,500 unit again after I called to complain about the service. Service: HVAC system repair

This is the worse experience I’ve had in quite some time. I would definitely not be using them going forward. They sent out an inexperience technician. He started by trying to upsell me on their monthly service plans. I had to be clear with all do respect please address the issues first. His diagnostics was that I needed a new capacitor. The capacitor was $400 plus the service another $100. Total $500 and come to find out that the electrical panel wasn’t sending power to the unit. He then change a breaker on the unit. That wasn’t the problem either. By this time it was 930 pm and he claimed it was the thermostat, I went to buy a new thermostat and surprise it wasn’t the issue. The following day Danny came out and started rambling off the same thing Jorge had addressed. After 30 min of speaking to Jorge he confirmed that I was telling him the truth.
