I called All Dade Air Conditioning & Heating on April 4 to find out why my unit was freezing. The technician wasn't sure, so he took a picture of a part of the unit and sent it to the owner. He told me that the office would call back to let me know what the problem was. A few hours later, Pricilla called to tell me that the unit needed to be replaced. I called another company to diagnose the problem, and it turned out that my air conditioner only needed Freon. In fact, the technician told me that it could only be one of two things: a dirty filter or a lack of Freon. I spoke with All Dade the next day and requested my money back. After all, I didn't pay them to come and visit me. I expected to get the correct diagnosis. Needless to say, after leaving two messages, I never got a call back. The response they sent to my credit card company (I disputed the charge) to justify the charge was that they classify the $78.00 charge for traveling to my home. Clearly they don't care about correctly
