I called and made an appointment. The receptionist misunderstood the time I told her and the company got to my house 5 minutes before I got home due to miscommunication on their end which is fine, accidents happen, but when she called me back the man in the background was yelling at her pissed at me because I was "late". When technically they were 20 min late based on the time she put down.VERY RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service. I then called COOL AIR U.S.A. and they triple checked time, and called me 3 times to make sure I was going to be home, they were much nicer and considerate. There are much better companies for air than this one.

I highly recommend, the costumer service is great very helpful, Valerie take care of everything for me, i have a problem with a other company of heating service in Miami, that never came to fix the heater after the fist visit when i pay the part and labor. Great business!
