Overall a very knowledgeable and professional team. Knew what was wrong and got it fixed and didn't try to add on stuff like another company that shall remain nameless. They explained everything they did, made recommendations for better maintenance, cleaned up, and were overall a nice company to work with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We got back after a week of vacation to a frozen A/C. We live in the Cutler Bay area. We called a bunch of places and nobody would come the same day except for Guisan. They came and quickly diagnosed that I was low on refrigerant and the flow through my air handler was low. They were up front and only put refrigerant as they said I likely had a leak in the air-handler coils and it might be a waste of money to do a cleaning of the coils. They advised to wait and see if the unit froze again. Sure enough within a week it froze again. I messaged them and they promptly sent a tech, I had lost some refrigerant but it was time to replace the 15+ year old air handler. I approved the estimate shortly after lunch, and by mid afternoon the install of the new air handler was started. They were very professional and kept the work area clean. They are very responsive and professional and honest. Highly recommended!!
