Guisan Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration

My experience with Guisan Air-conditioning exceeded expectations. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't feel they tried to up sell me or tack on anything additional I may not have needed. I would recommend them and utilize there services in the future if need be.

Overall a very knowledgeable and professional team. Knew what was wrong and got it fixed and didn't try to add on stuff like another company that shall remain nameless. They explained everything they did, made recommendations for better maintenance, cleaned up, and were overall a nice company to work with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called Guisan air because I needed assistance with my ac not cooling properly. Marco called me back quickly and talked me through a temporary fix. He came on a Sunday and added a way to pour bleach in the system to prevent clogging. He was extremely professional and really a pleasure to deal with. We live in rental home owned by a large company. I had put a work order in for the matter to be dealt with but had no response as yet. With this heat ac is critical. I am very happy to have found a company that was professional, responsible and timely. I highly recommend this company and especially to Marco for helping me out.
