First and foremost, Carlos communication was exceptional. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, and he was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Throughout the process, he kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and he was happy to answer any questions I had. When he arrived at my home, he was professional and courteous. He was respectful of my property and took care to clean up after himself. He worked efficiently and effectively, and I could tell that he had a lot of experience in his field.
