RCI is a very reputable and reliable company. I have been using them for years and they have always done a great job. Todays visit was last minute and the technician (Frank) was here within 30 minutes of talking to their office. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any a/c issues. AC Cooling and Heating did not work. Called RCI and within 2 hours a technician (Frank) was here and found the problem and fixed it. Communication was excellent/ the technician was professional in every way. Service: Repair HVAC
