Carlos (aka Charlie) was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond what could be reasonably expected (he gave me contact info for companies offering other services that he himself had used, at my request) more reasonably priced than the other electricians that I contacted (of course, a big problem like I had was not cheap, but he worked to mitigate my expense as much as he could) he was on time, very prompt (not what I’ve come to expect in Miami) thorough, neat, professional and kind. His assistant Jose was also knowledgeable and thorough and neat. These guys don’t cut corners or do sloppy work. They were both bilingual with perfect English, which was helpful for me because my Spanish is shamefully bad. I was very impressed with IES, and any further electrical work I do will definitely be with them. They treated me like family, and that’s a rare experience here. These guys are great, and way less expensive than larger companies like Mr. Sparky - who up-charges you since they are a commission based company. My father recommended this company and I’m so glad I called them. My landscaping lights came out super neat . My trees light up gorgeously . They were also able to install my Ring door bell!
