I have used Bramlett Electric for multiple projects & they have always been prompt & professional. All around good quality work. Would use them again!

Called on 8/20/20 and spoke with receptionist, said she would talk to the owner to schedule an appointment. Called a few days later and was told the same thing. Called back on 10/8/20 spoke with the same lady and she looked at her notes and acknowledge our prior conversation, told me that she would speak with the owner on 10/9/20 @ 10am when he got to the office. On 10/9/20 I called the office a few times starting @ 1:52pm and no answer. Decided to call the owner on his personal number that is on the answering machine and explained the situation, he was very rude and acted like I was bothering him which in fact it was his companies lack of professionalism that made me call him directly. They may be good at electrical work but most definitely not at customer service. I hate to leave a negative review but it had to be done.
