This company is a place you can trust! Chad is one of the plumbers with them, and he was super respectful, kind, and thorough when it came to inspecting my kitchen leak. He was responsive and patient with all my questions and managed to find the root to the problem. Step by step, he explained what each stage of fixing it would look like and it put me at ease! Chad was professional and relentless! Our kitchen sink was so backed up that he had to go the 10th mile to fix it. And he did!!! We're happy we called Blue Line. Courteous and responsive. Talked to John, who was great, and he scheduled David to come out the following day. Had a broken toilet flange. I've repaired two toilets in the past, but because of back issues, I don't do the heavy work anymore. David did a fantastic job!! Super nice and professional!!
