Pioneer Repair Service

Called in May ,2021., and had a service technician come to our home to do a yearly service on our air conditioner. After he completed his service he advised my husband that for $149.00 additional, we could purchase a warranty contract and no longer pay for diagnosis, only for the repair that was needed in the future. Apx., two months later, air conditioner was not performing, we called for a technician. The answering machine took our number and assured that someone would return our call. We called apx., 6 times throughout the next two days. To this day no one has ever returned our calls. We called another service company to have the repair done. As far as we are concerned, this company scammed us out of $149.00. How desperate they must be financially to do that to people. They are a total disgrace and I have every intention of reporting them to all agencies that govern this industry and I intend to file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general's office. Serv

DO NOT USE!! Horrible service and has no clue what they are doing. Installed new AC unit beginning of July and have had nothing but problems. AC is not cooling, running all day, thermostat they used wasn’t even compatible with our system they installed. Come to find out they gave us a $22 thermostat when ours that we paid for came with a Nest. Probably to upsell to another person! Also didn’t install unit level and had to redo that as well! Have had to call them out several times to fix AC cooling issues. Still issues with not cooling and they won’t even take my calls nor respond to my text messages! I have all the proof in writing. They also told me they pulled a permit and find out they didn’t and keep telling me they will. It’s been 4 months now and still no permit and constant issues with this unit! This company is not properly licensed and insured come to find out! Took my money and ran! Paid 3x as much as we should’ve as we have been told by other companies! Totally and complete

We had an old air conditioner at our home and it was not cooling at all. I heard of Greg Theodorides and his company, called Pioneer Air Conditioning and Appliances. He was very concerned during the initial call and he was very kind. He came over right away and we decided to replace my old system with a new Payne Heat Pump System that he sells. His work ethic was incredible and he was very thorough and tidy. But most of all, he was VERY GOOD and his prices were lower than anyone else we had called. A LOT LOWER! I recommend him to anyone that has a need not only with Air Conditioning but he also took a look at our Refrigerator and he fixed that too! I have to say that people like Greg are hard to find. Call him for any need you have with your AC or appliances.
