Ameritech very good company to install your AC unit .. very professional, very on time, and very clean. I was paying $400 a month light bill in a one bedroom condo Ameritech installed my new AC unit ..my light bill drop down to 123 a month go beat that. Still waiting on pipe covering to be finished. It has been over a month now and I have made at least 7 phones calls and no one responds. They did call and tell us they had schedule to have the piping finish for 7/20 and they would call us to let us know what time. NO PHONE CALL AGAIN so we called them and we told they didn't see anything schedule and would check with the manager an call us back. Been over an hour and still NO PHONE CALL.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the crew at AmeriTech. This is the company you need to hire. Sabrina in the office was phenomenal; courteous and attentive. Kept me up to date throughout the entire repair process. Abdel and Bryan were consummate professionals handling the diagnosis and replacement of my AC system. You can tell these folks care about providing this important service for their customers.
