They installed the roof, supposed to still be under warranty, and it leaks. Called over a week ago, was told someone would be in touch with me within an hour or two. I received no call. Roof is leaking, causing damage. Now when I call them, I immediately get dropped into voicemail. I have called 4 times and not received any response. I filled out a BBB complaint, and this afternoon I am having a different roofing company come out to fix A Crown's mess. Next I will file a small claim in court for that repair, my time, and the angst. They constantly change addresses. Currently they are located in the middle of an intersection (according to state-filed documents) with a PO Box. Go figure. If you hire them - good luck!! Service: Roof installation
