I had a great experience using Hodges Brothers to re-roof my rental property. Curtis was very knowledgeable about the shingle type, color, drip edge and vents that were chosen for the project- I chose Landmark Certainteed architectural shingles in black, with a black drip edge and off-ridge vents. The bid was the most reasonable out of 6 or 7 bids that I collected from companies with good reviews on google and yelp. The crew scheduled as soon as the contract was signed and they were out at the property within a few days. The Hodges crew had to replace a lot of rotten wood on the fascia, chimney cricket and decking which was all done top-notch for a reasonable price. The crew members were easy to communicate with and were clearly professionals. The roof came out great at a low price. As someone who manages rental properties, I have had a chance to see the quality of work coming from the other big roofing companies in Orlando. Hodges Brothers is unmatched.

Hodges Brothers gave me the best roofing estimate out of three other roofing companies so I hired them. I was impressed with their company, all the roofers worked hard and did good work. Curtis was great to work with.
