My home recently is in a need of a new roof. Following a relatives advise who was a pass customer I called Universal Roofing for a price quote. Archie my sales representative called quickly to make an appointment for us to meet. Archie was very professional. He arrived on time , did an inspection of my roof , took several photos and explained the process for doing our roof and what to expect. He left me a detailed quote of the cost and scope of work. After the initial visit Archie kept in contact with me to address any concerns and issues to help him earn my business. They just finished my roof and I was impressed with their communication and work quality. From the beginning to the end I've been kept up to date via texts, emails and a customer portal. My project manager Mike called me beforehand to introduce himself and explain how to get in touch with him. He went over the timing and details for the material drop off, dumpster, roof install, gutters, etc. During install he checked in with me throughout the day so I always knew what was going on and what was happening next. I had a very good experience and will use them again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had a leaky roof, and Archie came out, walked through the claims process with me, told me how much it would be, and made sure that the whole process was seamless. We had a great team do the roof—so many hard working guys! They were done with most of it in one day and by the end of the week everything from the trim paint to stucco touch ups were perfectly done.
