Almost one year later and all is good. My house needed a new roof, and various other repairs, due to past water damage. I wanted an established company that could handle all the needed repairs, plus the new roof. I didn't want to coordinate multiple contractors. David Soltys at Universal took care of all the details. He kept me informed, was very helpful, and available. We made it through hurricane Ian, and now Nicole, with absolutely no leaks or issues. That's a pretty good test. They just finished my roof and I was impressed with their communication and work quality. From the beginning to the end I've been kept up to date via texts, emails and a customer portal. My project manager Mike called me beforehand to introduce himself and explain how to get in touch with him. He went over the timing and details for the material drop off, dumpster, roof install, gutters, etc. During install he checked in with me throughout the day so I always knew what was going on and what was happening next. I had a very good experience and will use them again.
