They charge more than their competition for work from "employee" who do not have the tools or experience of the level you are paying for. They misaligned my garage and they left unsealed gaps in the exterior of my home that I had to have fixed. Their contractor measured the length of a 16.5 foot board wrong and had the wrong size delivered that later had to be returned (which he got refunded for the wrong price) and then the entire job had to wait a week for a new board to be delivered after they had already removed wood from the exterior of my house. We had a great experience with this company. Charlie managed our project and he did an excellent job. In our master bath we had our shower completely redone, and a new vanity top, light fixture, and fan installed and in our guest bathroom we had a new light fixture and fan installed. They worked with our schedule, worked efficiently, did a great job, and were very accommodating about the few minor issues we wanted fixed up (literally just some sanding, caulking, sealing in a few spots). We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do improve their home--no job is too big or small. :)
