Rain Proof Roofing & Contracting, LLC

I am very disappointed in this company. We paid 785 for a roof tune up. After all the rains we've had over the summer, we started to see black mold around our windows. Turns out that the roof was not sealed at the edges and the flashing was not properly secured and water was just pouring in soaking our drywall and rotted the roof in Several places. All of this could have been avoided if the job was done correctly. We called and had Ken come out to look. He said he "would have noticed that" however he contracted out the job. We tried to be more than reasonable, even offering to pay half of what he quoted us to repair, just thinking it's the nice, Christian thing to do. He contracted out to crumby workers, yes he should have checked their work, but we know that you can't catch em all and we're trying to be nice. Ken said he'd "think about it" and never returned our call. It's really a shame and should be a lesson to all contractors. We were going to replace the whole roof in a years time

Called Ken about a gutter that came down at the church where I work and Luis came out the next morning and put the gutter up temporarily until they could get the 8" screws to fix it permanently the next week. Great company. Highly recommend! Service: Gutter repairs
