I've used Barnes a few times for maintenance and a couple repairs on my antique A/C. They've always been responsive, got the job done quickly and at a fair price, and never try to "upsell" me on stuff I don't really need. Just an honest, straightforward company. Can't ask for more.
I manage rental units and one of them had an air conditioning problem that arose over the weekend. The tech guys showed up within 30 minutes of my call quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The pricing was totally fair and reasonable - we have happily added Barnes to our go to service provider list! Thanks so much!!
Barnes H&AC did a fantastic job for us when the coils went out in our three year old AC system, even with the supply chain issues during the COVID lockdowns. We had used their services for routine cleaning, but this was the first time we had a genuine AC failure since moving to Florida. I certainly plan on using their business again. Highly recommended.
