I called the office and the receptionist was very nice and transferred me to someone from the service department. They were able to help me with my problem over phone and I was able to avoid paying someone to come out and charge me for something as simple as a tripped breaker. That speaks volumes to me!

The Service Tech, Miquel, came out to look at my new air unit which seems to be putting moisture into the air instead of taking it out. He diagnosed the issue and explained in details what, why, and how to resolve the issue. Two hours later, I can feel the difference in the air quality in my home. On the positive they came the same morning as called. The problem- He seemed very confused at what the problem was and there was a language barrier.. then wanted to charge me over 500$ to replace a capacitor... much more then the going rate. I had to pay 65$ just for an estimate when I told him that was to much for the part & repair.
