Wilco was able to get us a tech out within a day. Randy was a little late but once he got here he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and got it fixed within an hour. He was very informative and friendly. I will definitely use Wilco again for any future AC issues and trust their business. Service: Repair HVAC
On the positive they came the same morning as called. The problem- He seemed very confused at what the problem was and there was a language barrier.. then wanted to charge me over 500$ to replace a capacitor... much more then the going rate. I had to pay 65$ just for an estimate when I told him that was to much for the part & repair.
I call Wilco and they were very friendly. When the tech came over he was very knowledgeable and honest. Gave me some recommendations and fix my problem. I will recommend them to my friends for sure.
