Good communication, expedient response time and courteous service. So glad to have found them and they'll definitely be our go-to in the future. Gary arrived on time and called ahead when he was on the way. He was very honest and straight-forward about what I needed. I don't look forward to having plumbing issues, but I'm glad I know who to call if I ever do.
Well, there was no service actually performed but somehow I still got stuck paying them $100 for coming by. Customer Service was very poor in the way this was handled. I've had other companies come out in the past where they didn't find an issue and did not charge me. I guess that they must have a great deal of business if they're not interested in gaining new customers.
